Frequently asked questions
Do I need a reservation?
Reservations are recommended so we can make sure there’s a seat ready for you, but walk-ins are welcome during open cabin hours when space is available.
How long does a candle-pouring session take?
Plan on about 60 minutes to choose your vessel, explore fragrances, create your blend, and pour your candle. Take your time, there is no rush here.
Do I pay when I reserve?
No. Reservations are free. You’ll pay for the candle you choose when you arrive.
Can I take my candle home the same day?
Your candle needs time to cool and set after pouring. Depending on timing, you may be able to pick it up later that day or return for pickup. We’ll let you know when it’s ready. In the meantime, we invite you visit our historic downtown, shopping district on Route 34 and local restaurants.
Where do I park?
Free parking is available at the cabin.
